BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
Three (3) (FINAL) which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with MAC Construction & Excavating, Inc., for the Peachtree Road-Woodhill Drive Stormwater Improvements, increasing the Contract price by $262,533.63, and raising the total Contract price from $2,935,204.34 to $3,197,737.97.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $262,533.63, is hereby authorized for payment to MAC Construction & Excavating, Inc., from account # 4052-303204-92211, pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. Three (3) (FINAL).
