BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That The Stage Depot be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the purchase of a portable stage for the Division of Parks and Recreation, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with The Stage Depot related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $46,595.32, be and hereby is approved for payment to The Stage Depot from account #3250-707604-9745, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
