BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and to execute an Addendum to the Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bluegrass Community and Technical College, to extend the lease of the Megowan Building for two years, ending June 30, 2023.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $89,238.96 annually, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Community and Technical College, from account #1101-505507-5571-71302, pursuant to the terms of the Addendum and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
