Authorization to execute a Temporary Construction Easement between Lexington Center Corporation, Town Branch Park, Inc., and Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG), at no cost to the Urban County Government, to allow excavation, grade, construct, alter, re-grade and perform related work for the purpose of construction for parking lot improvements and storm drainage improvements on the Contiguous properties with the right of ingress and egress as limited herein for the construction of the Project improvements. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute certificates of consideration and other necessary documents, and to accept deeds for property interests needed for the Main Street Baptist Parking Lot Renovation Project, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
