BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 3 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Vanhook Enterprises, Inc., for the West Hickman Waste Water Treatment Plant Administration Building Expansion/Improvements Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $10,403.44 from $470,901.98 to $481,305.42.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $10,403.44, be and hereby is approved for payment to Vanhook Enterprises, Inc., from account # 4003 - 303401 - 92711 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
