WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 13-2007 established a Residential Parking Permit Program, known as the South Hill New Residential Parking Permit Program, seven a.m. to five p.m., Monday through Friday.
WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the Council to amend Resolution 13-2007 to include 509 and 515 South Upper Street in the Residential Parking Permit Program for South Hill New.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution 13-2007 is amended to include 509 and 515 South Upper Street in the Residential Parking Permit Program known as South Hill New, seven a.m. to five p.m., Monday through Friday.
Section 2 - That the Clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
