A Resolution authorizing and directing the Div. of Traffic Engineering to install a multi-way stop at the intersection of Fiddler Creek Way and Clearwater Way. [Council Office, Maynard]
Title
WHEREAS, pursuant to Code of Ordinances Section 18-3 and other authorities, the Division of Traffic Engineering is authorized and empowered to designate and maintain multi-way stops; and
WHERAS, the Urban County Council has determined that a multi-way stop should be installed at the intersection of Fiddler Creek Way and Clearwater Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Traffic Engineering is hereby authorized and directed to install a multi-way stop at the intersection of Fiddler Creek Way and Clearwater Way.
Section 2 - That the Division of Engineering is authorized and directed to install proper and appropriate markings and/or signs in accord with the designation in Section 1.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
