BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for sanitary sewer service for the Kentucky Horse Park, to authorize the Bluegrass Stockyards to connect to sanitary sewer transmission facilities serving the Kentucky Horse Park, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
