BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Grant Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Bluegrass Area Development District, Inc., to accept an additional award of $61,000.00 in Federal funds and the breakdown of eligible reimbursable expenses for the operation of the Senior Citizens Center in Fiscal Year 2023.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
