BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by

the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:

Aldona Valicenti, Chief Information Officer, Grade 212E, $4,807.69 bi-weekly, in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, effective November 4, 2013.

      Section 2 - That this personnel action shall become effective upon date of passage.
