Summary
Authorization to approve and adopt a substantial Amendment to the 2019 Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan and reallocate funding from several existing Cares Act Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV) projects. The unspent funds will be used for one new project and increase funding to an existing project resulting in a net zero change in total CDBG_CV funding and expense to LFUCG.
