BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Aids Volunteers, Inc. (“AVOL Kentucky”), extending the performance period through June 30, 2022, for the operation of a tenant-based rental assistance program, and is further authorized to execute any other necessary documents with AVOL Kentucky related to this program.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
