A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute and submit a Grant Application requesting $825,000 in Federal funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, under the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Grant Program, for the Joyland Area Stormwater Improvements - Phase 2, to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, and to accept this Grant if the application is approved, the acceptance of which obligates the Urban County Government to the expenditure of $275,000 as a local match, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
