BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the First Renewal to the Contract with ADS Environmental Services (ADS, LLC), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for sewer overflow monitoring/reporting services, for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $118,536.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to ADS Environmental Services (ADS, LLC), from account # 4003-303408-3466-92811, pursuant to the terms of the First Renewal of the Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
