BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Purchase of Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as well as any necessary documents, including amendments that do not require the expenditure of additional funds, with the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Lexington to provide additional relocation services to the public.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the total sum of $204,016.00, inclusive of an administrative fee not to exceed $20,401.60, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Lexington from account # 155003-0001-78112, pursuant to the terms of the Purchase of Services Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
