BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Shamil Saadig, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $12.921 hourly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Kambale Syaghuswa, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $12.770 hourly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Timothy Mayes, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $12.770 hourly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Joseph Kipp, Public Service Worker, Grade 106N, $11.420 hourly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
