BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Collective Bargaining Agreement by and between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and Fraternal Order of Police, Town Branch Lodge #83, on behalf of Community Corrections Officers and Sergeants in the Division of Community Corrections, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby is accepted.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Collective Bargaining Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
