BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by

the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:

David Holmes, Grade 211E, $4,511.538 bi-weekly, in the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works, effective June 2, 2014, subject to confirmation by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council.

      Section 2 - That this personnel action shall become effective upon date of passage.
