BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Zoning Ordinance text amendments be initiated to authorize transferring enforcement of Article 17, the sign ordinance, from the Division of Building Inspection to the Division of Planning.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
