BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Saint Joseph Health System, Inc., for the use of space in Saint Joseph Health System's Emergency Room as a clinical practice area for the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program in FY 2023.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with Saint Joseph Health System, Inc., for the storage of forensic evidence examples collected in conjunction with the SANE program.
