BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Amendment to an Agreement with Independence Place, Inc., a draft of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, replacing Independence Place, Inc. with Center for Accessible Living, Inc. as the party responsible for the obligations of the Agreement, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $98,065.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Center for Accessible Living, Inc., from account #1145-155003-78112, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
