Summary
Authorization to amend the lease agreement between the LFUCG and Blue Grass Community Action Partnership's Elder Nutrition Program for space within the Senior Citizen's Center located at 1530 Nicholasville Road. The amendment allows for continued occupancy on a month-to-month basis and modifies the "notification to vacate" period to two (2) weeks. All other terms and conditions of the lease remain the same. The amendment becomes effective July 1, 2015 and continues until either party make a request to terminate the agreement. There is no budgetary impact. (L0385-15)(Stambaugh/Ford)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the First Amendment to Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Blue Grass Community Action Partnership's Elder Nutrition Program, extending the Program's lease on a month-to-month basis beginning July 1, 2015.
      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
