Summary
Authorization to accept deeds of permanent right of way and acquisition of easement from the owners of record on properties for the Haven Ct. Stormwater Improvement Project. This will allow construction of stormwater improvements on Haven Ct. The property owner has agreed to provide the easement to the LFUCG at no cost. There is no budgetary impact. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute certificates of consideration and any other necessary documents, and to accept deeds of easement and permanent right of way from owners of record for property interests needed for the Haven Court Stormwater Improvement project, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
