BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That a text amendment to modify the subdivision regulations for private streets in residential areas is hereby initiated for Planning Commission consideration and recommendation.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
