BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Section 3 of Resolution No. 582-2014 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 3 - Ratifying the Permanent Sworn Appointments of: Paul Boyles, James Doane, Larry Kinnard, and Jeremy Russell, all Police Sergeants, Grade 315N, $2,306.31 biweekly, effective August 24, 2014.
Section 2 - That the remaining sections of Resolution No. 582-2014 remain unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective retroactive to August 24, 2014.
