Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Pearls of Foundation, Inc., Omega Harvest, Inc., Lexington Rescue Mission, KY Chinese American Association, Inc., and The Well Lexington (Refuge, Inc.), for the Office of the Urban County Council.
