BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd. dba ATS Construction, to furnish labor and materials for graffiti removal and ADA sidewalk repairs for the Northeastern Park Playground Replacement Project, increasing the Contract price by $5,000.00 and raising the total Contract price from $42,389.43 to $47,389.43.
