Summary

Authorization to submit application to the National Police Athletic League and accept award, if offered, for participation in the Police Activities League Mentoring Program (PALYEP) in the Division of Police.   (427-11) (Gooding/Mason)

This is a request to submit application to the National Police Athletic League and accept award in the amount of $15,000.00, if offered, for participation in the PALYEP, which will implement a mentoring program during non-school hours that includes dropout prevention curriculum and development of a volunteer group to serve as adult/peer mentors.
