WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 250-93 established a Residential Parking Permit Program, known as Bullock Place.
WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the Council to amend Resolution 250-93 to include 133 North Ashland Avenue in the Residential Parking Permit Program known as Bullock Place.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution 250-93 is amended to include 133 North Ashland Avenue in the Residential Parking Permit Program known as Bullock Place.
Section 2 - That the Clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
