BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase a self-contained Security System for the Public Safety Operations Center from Burdine Security, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $82,740.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Burdine Security from account #1115-160302-91017, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
