BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 566-2022 is hereby rescinded and replaced in its entirety with the foregoing.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, the final form of which shall be subject to approval by the Mayor or her designee and the Department of Law, with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison and Nicholas Counties, Inc., to serve as the Grants administrator and/or fiscal agent for the ONE Lexington Gun Violence Prevention Grant Program for FY2023.
