BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government hereby approves and adopts the Division of Central Purchasing Procurement Regulations “Source Selection: Personal/Professional Services” (4 pages), which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if fully stated, for the procurement of Personal/Professional services on behalf of the Urban County Government.

Section 2 - That the regulations approved and adopted herein shall become effective on January 1, 2012.
