BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a quitclaim deed, and any other documents necessary, transferring a portion of the right-of-way between the sidewalk and the property located at 442 Fayette Park, on the Willy Street side of the property, to the abutting property owner, subject to the reservation of easements over the tract for access and maintenance of existing utility facilities, if any, located in the right-of-way.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
