BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Community Action Council (“CAC”), in order to allocate $5,000,000.00 of federal grant funds under Division N of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, to the CAC for the provision of emergency rental assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
