BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with W-T Group, LLC, for a comprehensive update of the Urban County Government's ADA Transition Plan.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $200,000.00, is hereby authorized for payment to W-T Group, LLC, from account # 3230-707101-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is hereby authorized to execute any necessary amendments to the Agreement with W-T Group, LLC, related to the use of these funds.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of passage.
