BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Engineering Services Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with HDR Engineering, Inc., GRW Engineers, Inc., Tetra Tech, Inc., and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to provide engineering services for wastewater equalization tanks or basins (Category #1 of RFP #33-2012) related to the Consent Decree Remedial Measures Projects.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
