Summary
Authorization to accept Deeds of Easement and property acquisition for the Deer Haven Pump Station Elimination project. The sanitary sewer easement is located at 1185 Deer Haven Lane; the cost to the LFUCG for this easement is approximately $209.09. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary documents and to accept a Deed conveying permanent sanitary sewer and temporary construction easements across the property located at 1185 Deer Haven Lane, for a gravity sanitary sewer line, at a cost not to exceed $209.09.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $209.09, be and hereby is approved for payment from account #4002-303401-71205.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
