BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Benevate, Inc., attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the implementation of the Emergency Rental Assistance Module for Neighborly Software.
Section 2 - That the Division of Grants & Special Programs is authorized to purchase up to twenty (20) additional Neighborly Software user licenses from Benevate, Inc., for use in Grants and special program administration.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $53,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Benevate, Inc., from account #3230-160201-71299, pursuant to the terms of the purchase order and the amended Agreement with Benevate, Inc.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
