                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One (1) to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Columbia Gas of Kentucky, for relocation of utilities for the Liberty/Todds Road Section Phase 2 Improvement Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $208,884.69 from $145,561.00 to $354,445.69.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $208,884.69, be and hereby is approved for payment to Columbia Gas of Kentucky, from account #3160-303202-91715, pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. One (1).

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
