BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 296-2014 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with YMCA of Central Kentucky, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 296-2014 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to YMCA of Central Kentucky ($2,000.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 -That this resolution shall become effective upon date of passage.
