Section 1 - That the bid of C&R Asphalt, LLC, establishing a price Contract for the preparation and sealing of pavement cracks on Lexington-Fayette County Rd.ways for the Division of Streets and Roads, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
