BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:

Clarence McCoy, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 510N, $18.362 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective August 20, 2023.

                     Section 2 - That the personnel action shall become effective on the date described in each item.
