BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 364-2013, accepting the bid of DMH Construction, Inc., be and hereby is amended as follows: That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $522,665.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to DMH Construction, Inc., from account #4052-303204-92211, pursuant to the terms of the bid and the agreement.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 364-2013 shall otherwise remain unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
