BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), for turf mowing and vegetation management services by the Division of Environmental Services on state-owned right of way, for which the Urban County Government shall be compensated at the rate of $35.00 per acre for areas along Citation Boulevard and $58.00 per acre for all other areas.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
