Summary
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County
Government to provide funds for purchase orders and pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2022 into FY 2023:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to provide funds for purchase orders and pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2022 into FY 2023, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_12,569,737.85_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the General Services District-General Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_8,823,396.49_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Full Urban Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_109,229.44_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Police Confiscated Federal Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_28,618.47_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Police Confiscate State Fund _to_ various accounts.
