BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Bluegrass Behavioral School for Children LLC dba Bluegrass Behavioral Services for Children to use certain areas of the Family Care Center for the purpose of providing mental and behavioral health services to children and support services to staff at the Family Care Center, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
