BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointments:
Michael Durbin, Deputy Coroner, Grade 112N, $16.226 hourly, in the Office of the Coroner, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 5 may begin employment.
