BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That, pursuant to Section 14-62(c)(1) of the Code of Ordinances, Lakeside Golf Course is hereby designated as a park and park facility where the Director of the Division of Parks and Recreation may authorize the possession, sale, delivery and consumption of malt beverages (beer).
Section 2 - That, pursuant to Section 14-62(c)(1) of the Code of Ordinances, Lakeside Golf Course Clubhouse, is hereby designated as park and park facility where the Director of the Division of Parks and Recreation may authorize the possession, sale, delivery and consumption of malt beverages (beer).
Section 3 - That, the Director of the Division of Parks and Recreation be and hereby is authorized to apply for a malt beverage license for sale of malt beverages at Lakeside Golf Course and Clubhouse.
Section 4 - That, this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
