BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Resolution 64-2020 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That an amount, not to exceed $109,451.09, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Contracting Corporation from accounts #2607-162101-1601-91714 and #1136-303202-3251-91714 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
