BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the storm and sanitary sewer easements on the property located at 757 DeRoode Street, as shown on the Consolidation Minor Subdiv. Plan Southend Park Section 2, of record in Plat Cabinet S, Slide 171, in the office of the Fayette County Clerk, are hereby released, and the Mayor, on behalf Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is hereby authorized to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the release, for the Newtown Pike Extension Project Mitigation Area.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
